A Path For Growth Experience

Long Game Leadership

This Path for Growth In-Person Experience, in the heart of the capital city of Texas, will be a 2-day deep-dive into the principles, practices, and frameworks you need to be a Long Game Leader.

October 26-29, 2025 | Austin, TX

It’s tempting to settle for immediate gratification, short-term comfort, and superficial success. What do impact-driven leaders do? PLAY THE LONG GAME.

Together, we will explore

What are the Core Attributes that make someone a Long Game Leader?

What is a template for investing in sustained leadership and personal growth over time?

How do you prepare for, endure, and thrive through change?

How do you build a leadership development pipeline?

How do long-game businesses think and operate?

How do you extend impact beyond yourself?

A Note From The Founder, Alex Judd

My greatest seasons of growth as a leader often came on the back side of a JOLT that challenged me to level-up the way that I think, feel and act.

Over the years, these JOLTS have taken many forms:

  • A powerful conversation with someone that inspires me
  • A long walk or run in a beautiful location
  • A message or idea that spurs creativity

I can confidently say that specific JOLTS like this have changed my life. That’s why we created Path for Growth experiences. We wanted to give impact-driven leaders the opportunity to experience a JOLT.

Information alone doesn’t create transformation. That’ why we work intentionally to build every experience around 3 attributes:

  • Restoration
  • Recreation
  • Relationship

If you are an impact-driven leader that is looking to level-up in a way that is healthy, value-based, and intentional, I’d love for you to be our guest in Austin.

My promise to you is that it will be unlike any business or leadership event you’ve ever attended. Our team has a winning reputation of helping leaders generate massive ROI and experience transformative growth. We’d be honored to do the same for you.

Strength is for Service,

"PFG is an organization that knows the priorities a leader needs to prioritize to make sure you have a impactful life at home and at work. Loved the content around prayer and making sure our families and our personal walks with God is what allows us to make our companies our mission fields. Definitely would recommend."

Chris Gregory
COO, Holly Hill Construction

"Attending the PFG Experience was very different from a regular business conference. It was special because it brought together a select community of purpose-driven leaders who actively immersed themselves in the realms of leadership, business, and growth. The invaluable knowledge gained and the inspiring individuals I encountered enabled me to redefine the boundaries of possibility in both my business and leadership journey."

I had high expectations attending my first Path for Growth Experience, but the PFG team blew them away. From logistics to meals to content to delivery — all were focused on deep growth and connection — everything was simply excellent. It was deeply humbling and a distinct honor to share this time, space, and connection with the PFG team and the leaders in the room.

"I've attended hundreds of conferences and the Path for Growth experience stands out as one of the most impactful events I've ever had the privilege to be a part of. The exceptional quality of the content, the level of collaboration, and the sense of community were truly outstanding."

“At the time we reached out to Path for Growth, our business was doing really well in our product, but we lacked focus, structure, and clarity.

Path for Growth helped us clarify our vision and develop a clear plan for achieving it. We were able to build a healthy team structure and develop systems and processes that allowed us to stop fighting fires and start experiencing true freedom."

“Most things in life we experience have little-to-no impact on our lives. I felt this experience was set up intentionally around making this one count. I was put in the best position to connect with others and challenge myself personally. I could almost feel the leader inside of me growing each day.”
